Kenzie pics at 4!

Age 4 for McKenzie was not a bad year at all she actuall did pretty well. Just before her Birthday was Halloween and her aunt bought her this Belle costume and she loved it! she wore it around the house for dress up for a long time and we still have it somewhere.

Kenzie on her 4th Birthday. The first time she didn't where a dress for her birthday. That didn't happen very often.

We went to the beach that spring and Kenzie rode the Carousel. She loves the carousel because it's not fast and no sharp turns. She isn't a fan of things that move to sharply because she gets motion sickness VERY easily.
She lost her first two teeth one on bottom and one on the top. Shortly after this she lost 3 more on top and 1 more on the bottom. I don't know what it is but all of my kids lost their front teeth like this! All at once. Makes eating interesting......

My mom took this picture during one of their shopping trips. Kenzie has always been really into dresses and skirts. She will occasionally wear pants but she is very picky. They must either be flared or boot cut at the bottoms and she also prefers to have some kind of pattern on them. Otherwise since she was 2 she called them boy pants......and this little fashion diva was not about to wear boy clothes!

More proof of her dress wearing.
This was also one of the years that my neices lived with us. The 4 of them are only 2 years apart from youngest to oldest. When they moved in they were Kayla 4, Kenzie 4, Aiden 3 and Maddie 2. It was a very high pitched household! You have no idea how 4 high pitched little girl voices can sometimes drive you mad until you live with them all! I love my neices like my own though so it was worth it. Kenzie loved having them there most of the time. They have always played really well together and like I've said in other posts (I think) Kenzie and Kayla have been raised around each other since day one. They are only 9 days apart.
A friend of mine and I took the 4 girls to a park outside of Portland that had a working train that was child size so the kids could sit on it and go around as much as they wanted to at no cost. These girls spent a couple of hours going in circles! They had a lot of fun.

I wish I could go into more about her on her posts as there really are a lot of stories to tell. I've just got a lot on my mind right now and I'm very busy. There are some things going on that I am not wanting to go into on my blog right now because I don't have all the information yet. When I do I will let everyone know. There are some of you though that I "speak" to over email if you want it is okay to email and I can tell individuals a little more but not wanting to post it all right now.

I forgot to add your Kenzie - in photo (1) -- looks a 'Real Princess' - stunning .....

Perhaps you should enlarge the photo and place it in a frame for when she gets older...

Good post. Our son was picky about his pants. At a young age, he would not wear jeans with elastic. Since he was small for his age, and even thinner, it was a real trial to get pants that didn't have elastic. He always wore a belt, and a golf shirt tucked in from about age 3 to age 9. He is still particular about his clothes and a 8, he started getting a clothes allowance because I couldn't shop for him. He does very well in his purchases (as they all do) and he dresses very well. My aunt said he has that college prep look going on. She should know, she is a University prof.

Kensie looks wonderful in dresses, and I am sure she will be one of those people (like my sister) who says she threw herself together, yet looks so much finer than everyone else.
