Snow Day!

The weather forecaster forecasted maybe and inch or two of snow over night last night.

Well he was just a little off.....we got over 1 foot instead and it's been comming down all day so we have nearly two feet of it on the ground right now. Usually the school doesn't call a snow day but the roads were really bad this morning so they did. Kelly didn't want me going anywhere driving so the kids and I stayed home and played in the snow instead. Check out our pics!

wooohoo!! We LOVE snow! I wish we had all that snow here as well..it's sooo pretty! Your kids look like they had a blast! We haven't had snow like that in forever and a day...It snowed a few inches but it warmed up and it ALL melted :( Oh well we'll get more.
I hope your snow stays. :)

Apologies for my absence (folk in white coats and UFO's).

Wow, I luv your new look - such a joyful Christmas Scene .....

And I so luv to see the kids enjoy the snow and really envious - as all we have had is quite severe frost - white but just waiting for the snow.

Roll on Christmas and my wee Christmas Tree and Nativity scene are displayed and waiting patiently for Santa...
