Beccy tagged me with this meme earlier this week.
If you were stuck on an island and could only eat one cuisine (e.g., French, Italian, etc.) for the rest of your life, what would it be? Why?
Thats a hard one but I suppose it would be the regular good old American food. Which of course is a mix of several other country foods I know but I don't know where I would be without my meat and potatoes, well and of course cheese, love the cheese.
What is the most unusual food you've eaten?
I have tried Aligator and I've eaten Octopus on a few occasions that is about as unusual as I will get. I am a picky eater.
What is the most unusual food you've eaten and liked?
Um that would be the Octopus since I actually ate it more then once. It took some convincing from a Korean friend but I ate it and like it.
What foods will you avoid eating (either because of a dietary choice or allergies or just plain don't like)?
Um that could be long list. Liver, heart, Rabbit since I had pet rabbits and couldn't bring myself to eat anything I once had as a pet. I don't eat Onions they don't agree with me and if you ask my family they prefer I don't eat them either since they come up as soon as they go down! Also I am a picky eater and don't eat much food containing tomatoes but that is because they don't agree with me, they make my stomach very angree!
Do you cook (and by that, I mean prepare a meal that you'd serve to friends)?
Yes I cook but prefer not to. I like to bake though. Kelly usually does the cooking when we have friends over. He makes a fabulous Turkey dinner. Also I can't seem to make rice I ruin it everytime so if he wants it he makes it for us. Ask me to bake something though I love that and I have to say I am pretty good at it. I make some faboulus treats and used to make homemade bread (not with a machine either) all the time when I was a stay at home mom.
When you go to a restaurant, what's your ordering strategy/preference?
Strategy hmm I don't know if I would call it a strategy except I order they same thing everytime I go to certain restaurants. Kelly always ends up ordering for me because he already knows what I want. I can be pretty picky also. I am afraid of trying something new in case I don't like it.
Have you ever returned a dish or wine to the kitchen at a restaurant? Why?
Yes but usually when they have brought my food with onions on it and I told them no onions. If you read my other answers you would see that that is very important, especially if we are out to dinner. Not always easy to get to a bathroom soon enough if I find an onion and it hits my stomach.
How many cookbooks do you own?
Hmm I don't have a lot of cookbooks I have several old cookbooks as I like their recipes for things like bread and the other pastry type dishes I like to cook. My favorite is one I got from my mom that she got from hers. I never asked for it just told her I was taking it. It is falling apart though as I have used it alot.
What is one food that you wouldn't want to live without?
Ahh that would be cheese! I am a cheeseaholic! Gotta have the cheese!
How was that? I don't know who else to tag though. I would just say anyone else to go ahead and try it!
Also feeling much better today! I think I finally got out of this cycle of headaches which is faboulus! haha I can't spell that word.....
Work was crappy today but I decided on my way to work today that I was going to have a positive attitude about it and it worked. I didn't let it get to me. I guess sometimes its just mind over matter, but I think taking yesterday off helped.
Hopefully we will get out and do some fun stuff this weekend so I can share with you all. No plans yet but we are a fly by the seat of your pants family no plans always makes for more fun in this family. Hope everyone else has a great weekend!

Hey Terri, I answered your question about the school in phoenix on my blog.
Great meme Terri. I'd find it hard to live without tomatos or onions as I eat them almost daily!
Hey Terri, I know this is off the topic but..... I remember from one of your archives saying something about one of your boys with an audio processing problem?? can you provide the link?? I want to read that again. I also have that.
Greetings, I nominated you for a Thinking Blogger award. Come on by my site when you have a chance.
