Snow!

So after 2 weeks of unusual no rain but way below freezing temps we finally got some of the white stuff! Not the greatest pics but it's dark already and I wanted to show the first signs.

It only snowed a little but we are expecting more tomorrow and most of the next week. This is good for us since now we can get something in our tank so we have some water!

This kids had their last 2 performances today so I will go through the tapes and I plan to share it with everyone sometime next week.

18 people had something to say:

I love snow. Yes, I do. So, why am I living in the Willamette Valley? hmmm...

anyway - we did get some snow falling yesterday - but it didn't amount to anything except pretty sky.

We've had snow for a couple of weeks and I am ready to give it back. At least the temperatures are going to be okay this week. Low minuses instead of -27. Brrr.

Snow, Snow, Snow....what a pretty sight!!! I can't wait to see it when we go to Ohio Dec 29th! =) It is sooooooooo HOT here in Texas...I think we are going to get up in the 80's today =( This sooooooooo does NOT feel like Christmas weather!!!

Thanks for your comment! It was a nice long one =)

I'm telling you Mr. "S" thinking I'm crazy doing this blog thing...lol...he just doesn't get it! I told him how nice everyone was and how I posted about him being sick and how everyone hopes he is better, etc, etc...

Oh well...
He'll get over it!

He thinks I spend way to much time on the computer and I don't feel I do! He spends just as much time looking at a BUNCH of NOTHING on ebay!!! =)

Thanks again for posting snow pics...I love them! It's so nice to go to the blogs with pictures!!! It really give you a feel for who that person is!!!

Plus the snow pics just make me "HAPPY"!!!

If it's cold you might as well have snow. What's the point otherwise?? We had a winter a couple of seasons ago where we barely had any snow, but it was sooo cold. No sledding. No fort building. Bla. Mind you, it was nicer on the roads. Ahhhh. Ya can't win, heh? :)

Hope the snow stays over Christmas for you all.

Just wish we had some snow. We did have a sprinkle of snow oer the hills - but a blink or two later - it was gone.

Still we usually have in January/February - so who knows...
